World Tour~ Samurai Black

Miyavi-sama announced his second world tour, and it includes Europe and South America...

Tickets will be selling on August 29th about $60, if my math is correct... but he is so worth it!

Regarding United States, there isn't some kind of announcement about that... hopefully he will come here too...

But it's good to be excited everyone!! Let's wish him luck and cross our fingers!

How can I not know?! I completely ignored them and I wasn't able to send a "Hang in there!!" fanmail!!!

Well, isn't it sad when you're the last to know about everything? Much like Akira (played by Tomohisa Yamashita AKA YamaPi *squeal squeal* in Nobuto O Produce). This time it's my turn... I ignored them and this is my punishment.

Last year, I bulked up in my Visual Kei DVD Magazine, buying volume 2, and as I giggled and saluted myself for being so cool that I have SuG and more on a DVD, something was happening...

My dearest guys... my dear dear.... Guy's Family had disbanded... Imagine my horror! And I just found out today! Guy's Family was amazing~ I loved them! They were even on the Visual Kei DVD Magazine that I was talking about! For those who didn't know, well then, here is the news...

Guy's Family disbanded as of May 1st, saying:

To the fans,Thank you for always supporting Guy’s Family.At this time, the band Guy’s Family who belongs to our company, announced on May 1st during their performance at Shibuya O-WEST that they would disband.
However, they also reported that they will be releasing a best of album called “Final Party” on July 2nd.
Many thanks to the fans who have been supporting the band, the staff and all those connected for everything up until now.

All I can say, from what I've found out, that the break up is quite controversial...something about Kight and how the break up is centered around him. I'm not going to divulge in this information as it may not be true. Maybe it's my curse again...

What? Haha. Well, apparently, PSC has now a new indie band in their label! Vivid! And I've already set eyes on my favorite... Introducing....

Well, besides that, I've been obsessing over alice nine's webpage. It's like that for a while, but I enjoy more now for some reason. I think because I finally got around to listening to VANDALIZE.

Also, there are so many bands disbanding, including Siva apparently. That was sad... But it also seems that the more bands disband, newer ones resurface. Which is fine, but it's also sad to see that bands we know and love are disappearing, only to replaced by this new band. who might, or not might be good.

It doesn't matter though, give everyone a chance!

Asian Dramas and Jrock Make-none

So who knows the main girl from Gokusen? Or Shinobi: Heart Under the Blade? Ring 0: Birthday? Ugh… forgot her name, well anyway, I never knew that she paired up with Abe (The detective from Gokusen she had a total crush on) in another drama, her character seems to be the same, but hilarity is sure to ensue! It looks really good, so if anyone KNOWS where I can watch it (mysoju.com doesn’t have it). But anyway, it’s called Trick.

Also, I started the first episode of (serious LOL) One Pound Gospel, starring Kazuya Kamenashi… bias much? Then of course, I can’t stick with Japanese, so I looked up Brown Sugar Macchiato… I’m sure it’s Taiwanese.

But the one that I really want to watch is called 33pun Tantei (mysoju.com has broken links and I’ve reported it a million times), it’s about a detective who is slow-witted and—ah, screw it here is the synopsis…

Each episode's mystery is solved within that short time span, but unlike typical detective shows, this comedy features a slow-witted sleuth named Rokuro Kurama. While viewers will be able to identify the criminal right away, Kurama constantly comes up with incorrect theories, leading him to always accuse the wrong person. The show's name comes from its time slot (Saturday nights at 11:10pm), which runs a total of 33 minutes after commercial time is subtracted. –Tokyograph

Korean drama Baby and Me seems really interesting too… but it seems to serious, I won’t be able to enjoy. But it was under comedy, so I’ll try… (well, if I remember correctly it was under comedy). I’m also feeling Boku to Kanojo no XXX… a gender bender comedy, not like Ouran or Hana Kimi…

Okay, on to Jrock Make-none!

Some of them look hideous without makeup… like Uruha and Aoi… (sorry, I love them to death, but they are unsightly without make-up) and Miyavi, Girugamesh boys, and Diru boys seemed to be the only once who looked really good without make-up... Reita and Ruki actually looks the best without it… especially Ruki. And Mana, good god… what happened…

Well, I don’t care so much, because they do produce wonderful music… or do I?

PS: The actress from Gokusen is Nakama Yukie… right?

It’s time…

It’s time to admit that Miyavi-dono is getting older.

Sure, turning twenty-eight (which is only a few years away from thirty) isn’t that old to us average people, but to a visual kei jrocker, that’s old.
Well, maybe not… since Uruha-san and Aoi-san are almost there too, older than Miyavi himself.

So I guess, until they reach thirty (which Gackt has surely passed), they will remain bishounen’s of the Jrock world… Hell, of the WHOLE world.

Unto something else, Vistlip has not made its way into this blog enough. And I am upset about that. Vistlip can easily top charts, really. It’s the usual five people band, though the one who stands out to me the most is Umi. Then Rui, then Tomo. I forget the others names… not as eye popping as the others. XD

the GazettE has something new too, I forgot to mention it… I learned about this a while back. Something Coma… Sorry sorry, I seriously forgot. I haven’t been paying attention to them since I heard about the rumored, “Kyo and Ruki don’t get along” thing, it breaks my heart.

LICKER is GOOD.

I think best female vocalist in a Visual Kei band. I mean Kana was scary, even though the song Hebi Ichigo was catchy for me. But man, Cra is amazing! I love her voice! At first I was like, "now way..." then I was like... "OMG! It is a female vocalist!" Aside from Kana, she's the only female vocalist I listen to, seriously. Well, I barely even listen to Kana.

HAVE YOU SEEN MIYAVI'S NEW STYLE?! It looks like he cut his hair, and he has a new tour called Neo Tokyo Samurai Black. Ok, well, I'm not sure.

Anyway, his new stuff is amazing. I actually really really like it.

By the way, the Kavki Boiz are actually getting as much hype as Miyavi is, which is great. I love York. And Suji the tap dancer. Tyko too.

My favorite out of the [Room No.382] Album is Kimi ni Negai Wo... Love that song.

Oh, and in a purpleSKY magazine, the coordinator for Jrock Revolution and Taste of Chaos, both agree that Miyavi's performance was the best.

I usually percieve the bassist to be more "RAWR" rather than "Kya-kya!" Although, I don't really yell that out... The first pic of Sato and Shun are the more recent ones.

1. Glass Skin by Dir en Grey: I think it’s because I heard and saw it performed live. But mostly because I really like the melody of that song, it is so Dir en Grey and Kyo’s singing was AMAZING. As usual. Kyo is a talented person… I like both versions, Japanese and English. But I think I listened to the English more because my mp3 is on shuffle and it keep going to it…

2. Haunted House Make a Secret by LM.C

3. Yell by bis: This song never gets old. It’s such a great song, and the chorus is so catchy. And it makes me feel powerful for some reason, I just want to clench my fist and yell. It’s almost like a feel good, but makes your gut twist as if something bad is gonna happen. Maybe it’s because I get emotionally connected to things. But man, Maru was very good in this song.

4. うえすとふぁいとすと～り～ by SuG: Man, this song is super cute like Takeru! “Fafafamifa F.I.G.H.T” It’s a happy song, and it makes me happy.

5. 8mm no naka aizou ni michi ta kimi by √eight: I’ve learned about √eight recently, and I’ve been in love with them ever since. They’re great, I love all their songs. The instrumental signature is easy to distinguish too.

8. Anti Pop by the GazettE: Come on! The clapping, and the super drum solo with Kai?! It’s amazing!

9. Epilogue by Mello: It’s sad that Yumezi isn’t there anymore, but this song is amazing. It makes you feel like you live in the 19th century. If you don’t imagine yourself living in Ciel’s (from Kuroshitsuji) neighborhood, then you’re imagining yourself as Ciel. It’s perfect for the Circus Arc.

You know that some vocalist have the talent to sing some don't have it but you like hearing them sing? They can sing, but not as well.

I've been none stop listening to Tricolor (Red Version) The song UMBILICAL is very nice... And so is Utage People~ 宴ぴーぽぉ

Okay, so, I read that Yuji was the one who wrote UMBILICAL... It was so good, I want to give him a hug and tell him good job. He also wrote Oreshiki Continue right? And was it Mitsuru who wrote Primal? Anyway, I know that Takeru wrote LOVE SCREAM PARTY, but most importantly, 宴ぴーぽぉ! I love that song, the beat is super catchy...

Takeru is busy.

He's going to be in a movie! Which isn't surprising as I said, he was an actor before SuG. And if he decides to do both, I'm all for it! As long as he keeps more for SuG.

It's going to be in the Spring (?) or 2009. And I am excited. I will definitely watch it.

The cast looks good, although I only know Takeru... (Sorry to the other people who like the other people).

Did you see the PV for UMBILICAL?!

It's so pretty and good! And Takeru looked so pretty with the black hair! I was really doubting that it was him because it looked so much like a girl! But in a good way! Wow... and the PV itself was so good! The rest were amazing too! They're all adorable... Yuji (Cheesecake~ fans of SuG, I know you know what I'm talking about...), Masato (Who was really really pretty in Scheat), Mitsuru (Amazing drumming in butterfly boY), and Chiyu (Kalifornia?! And we were all like... "whut?").

I knew that Takeru had to be an actor~ Okay, does anyone have any pictures of the old member of SuG? Shota? Well, it's not like anyone cares, like Yuna from GazettE (Sorry Shota and Yuna, I bet you guys were awesome, too bad...) Still Chiyu and Kai were wonderful additions...

Anyway, I can't stop listening to UMBILICAL, and dress up with darkness...

For some reason, there is something really different about SuG... I don't care what anyone says, 2008 is SuG's year.

I really like their looks in butterfly boY and Scheat. I love the ones now too, I love Takeru's hair.... he's so adorable... and seriously, he's starting to get into the "hot" category. I love Takeru... I don't know why, the vocals are always my favorites~

So why? Why is it that everytime I get into this wonderful, awesome, just amazing band, I find out that they were disbanded like almost 10 months ago... I was already upset about bis, and the hiatus of Mello, why did TINC have to go?! COME ON everyone! Don't let these good bands die out!

I don't mean to sound dramatic but... MY GOD, the world is coming to an end...

TINC was sooo good too... I love Sarino and his voice! My GOD!! To me it was like losing Bou from An Cafe, or losing Miyavi to the Kavki Boiz (Sorry Kavki Boiz, I love you to death, but Miyavi needs new stuff). Or... it would be like Ammon of Mello (メロ for picky people~ You know who you are... *glares*) losing his VOICE!! That would be the last blow. Well, maybe not, but isn't it sad?! So many bands I love and admire are GONE!

It makes me sad... but happy at the same time, because when they return, I know that they are going to be bigger and better. It's still sad though that bis is gone... I was looking over the Shoxx magazine that I bought and... yeah. But, I am wondering who this one artist is... It is really bugging me. He is like super adorable. Oh gosh... have I talked about Fei Lun Hai yet?

So there are a few things going on in my head, one thing of course, something that I will never get tired off, is the Dir en Grey concert. Man, I love Glass Skin and Dozing Green, then when they played Agitated Screams of Maggots and Saku... wow...

Dir en Grey... holy shit... seriously... How can you explain the awesomeness of that live?! When Kyo stepped on the riser, I was like: "Holy shit! Kyo's right there!" My goodness... I cannot really say anything about it, because it was just amazing. That Kyo!!! He is so sexy, I was like, that body needs to accidentally fall into the crowd... but then, I know he'd get raped by all his fans, and I know he'll be traumatized... It was good... OH-EM-GEE people... twenty eight more days until the Dir En Grey Concert in Seattle! Anyway... I already had dreams about it...

Apparently, I went in and scooted myself ALL THE WAY to the front to the point where all I could really see was the ever so awesome DIR EN GREY! Then as I cheered loudly, moving with the beat of the awesome (don't really know what song it was, but if it's Dir En Grey it's AMAZING) song. The suddenly, everything slows down and a slow song comes up... I look at the stage and for some reason, a friend from Orchestra is on the stage, but she looked upset and ran off the stage. I didn't look for her to console her though. I'm such a good friend...

And finally. I have gotten the tickets thanks to a certain Tita and Ate. I am definitely going to the Dir En Grey concert in December 3rd. It should be an exciting day for anyone who is a fan.

I'm sure that fans will be excited to hear the new album Uroboros live, or at least some of its songs.

Anyway, aside from being over excited about the concert, I want to talk about opening acts... So the opening for Dir En Grey is going to be the Human Abstract. I've never heard of them, and frankly, compared to Dir En Grey, I really don't care, no offense to those who like the Human Abstract, it's just different tastes. Well, I've heard that Dir En Grey apparently opened for Linkin Park, which I don't understand! I would have gone to that concert just for the opening act...

The live I wish I didn't miss... is basically the S.K.I.N concert in the Anime Expo... oh Miyavi. It was on my birthday as well, how... great. And of course the Peace&Smile Carnival. Who would want to miss that?! It's one of the most amazing shows ever... too bad I won't see it unless I fly to Japan. That's why I wish for money. Lastly, Jrock Revolution, I cannot wait for another one, and this time I MUST NOT miss it. The bands playing are amazing... it would be a shame to not go to one ever.

I've been really into Sadie lately. They take AMAZING pictures and I just can't help but love it. Sadie is an amazing band people, Mao, the vocalist admired Kyo a lot, and you'll see that admiration by just looking at him.

Lives are...???

Well, it's really sad, I haven't ever been to a live, why? Because... I don't know, either I didn't have the time, no money, or I didn't know.

Anyway, there are a lot of lives that come through our state of Washington, and it's quite annoying that I'm so close yet so far. If you really want to go to a live, and the people you're seeing are EXTREMELY popular, you should get an insider who can tell you when and where before everyone else, then BUY tickets right away! Because if you don't then you're chances of getting into the live slims.

I think the most amazing thing that can happen is winning backstage passes to a jrock concert, wouldn't that be great? Who cares if you got backstage passes to Justin Timberlake, or whatever other American band is popular. For JROCK LOV.3rs out there, backstage passes to a JROCK concert is better than anything else, it's like an extremely rare... whatever you think is rare.

I'm probably gonna go to a GazettE one and a Miyavi one before I die. I have to, that's one of my greatest dreams, it would suck sh*t if I wasn't able too...
